Fruit Trail privacy policy

Overview

This privacy policy explains how Fruit Trail (“the App”) handles information. The App is designed for children, requires no account, and has no chat or social features.

Data we handle

Levels, collected items, stickers, and language settings are stored only on the user's device. We do not upload game progress to any server, and we do not ask for a name, birthday, photo, location, address, or contact details.

Ads and third-party services

The App uses Google AdMob to show ads. Depending on device settings, region, and applicable law, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process IP address, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and approximate location derived from IP address, to serve and measure ads, detect fraud, and maintain the service.

The App flags ad requests as child-directed and under the age of consent, limits ads to general-audience content, and does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. Google's handling of data is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Links out of the App

From version 1.0.2, the parents page, which requires an adult to solve an addition question, includes a link that opens the App Store page for our other app, Fruit Park.

Children's privacy

The App never asks children to submit personal information. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent personal information to our support email, please contact us and we will help review and delete it where reasonable.

Retention and deletion

Game data on the device can be removed by deleting the App. Emails sent to our support address are kept only as long as needed to resolve the issue and meet reasonable legal or security requirements.

Changes to this policy

If the App's features or data handling change, we will update this page and its effective date.
